To obtain warranty service, you must first contact E-Powersport.com LLC to determine the problem and the most appropriate solution for you.
Warranty & Replacement:
Thank you for your interest in the products and services of E-Powersport.com LLC. This Limited Warranty applies to physical goods, and only for physical goods, purchased from E-Powersport.com LLC
What does this limited warranty cover? This Limited Warranty covers any defects in material or workmanship under normal use during the Warranty Period. During the Warranty Period, E-Powersport.com LLC and its manufacturers will repair or replace, at no charge, products or parts of a product that prove defective because of material defect or workmanship, under normal use and maintenance.
The following applies to all E-Powersport Branded e-Enduros and E-bikes
Warranty
Please keep the purchase receipt as sales voucher. The UNIT (artificial damage and failure) is provided after-sales service in accordance with the following terms and conditions:
1.The UNIT's warranty is 1 year on frame, motor, battery and controller
2.Tires are considered consumable device, warranty is 1 month.
The following cases are not in the warranty:
1. The accidents caused for the user did not use, maintain and adjust scooter in accordance with the manual.
2. The user makes alteration. Damage caused by overhaul, and non-compliance use with regulations, resulting in an accident.
3. User's improper storage or failure caused by accidents.
4.No warranty card or the card can not match the purchase receipt.
5. The appearance/cosmetic damage after use is not covered within the warranty.
6. Self demolition of damaged parts in addition to the manual damage.
7. A long time ride in the rain or damage caused by immersion in water.
The following cases are not in the warranty:

What will we do to correct problems?
E-powersport.com LLC and its manufacturers will either repair the Product at no charge, using new or refurbished replacement parts.
How long does the coverage last?
The Warranty Period for Non-Consumable Goods purchased from E-Powersport.com LCC and its manufacturers is 360 days from the date the customer takes possession of the unit.
A replacement Physical Good or part assumes the remaining warranty of the original Physical Good or 360 days from the date of replacement or repair, whichever is longer.
What does this limited warranty not cover?
This Limited Warranty does not cover any problem that is caused by:
Conditions, malfunctions or damage not resulting from defects in material or workmanship
