Warranty Coverage

Newbot stands behind each of its Products to be free of defects in parts and manufacturing.  That why all main Motorcycle components are covered for a period of 2 years.  This does not include consumables such as but not limited to, brake pads, tires and other items that are considered to wear over time in accordance with use.

Included are, but not limited to, brake calipers, handles, panels, frame, shocks, pegs,  etc. 

All Electrical components, motor, battery and controller are covered for a period of 3 years to be free of defect.  

Your Requirements Under Warranty

As we provide support and service to keep you on the road, we ask that you also engage in a regular maintenance routine as outlined in your provided manual.  Failure to do so will result in voiding of warranty.  We request that you ride according to normal use for public roads.  The Warranty does not cover abuse outside of normal road riding usage.  This includes, but is not limited to, jumping, hitting a curb, dumping the motorcycle, riding at excessive speeds for road conditions and posted speed limits, Acts of God and other unsafe riding decisions.  Please, ride responsibly, keep yourself and others safe.

Making a Warranty Claim

In order to make a warranty claim, please contact your dealership to discuss the issue and provide video/picture evidence as needed.  Once confirmed and accepted, parts and labor will be performed at no charge at our repair location.  If there is not a repair location near you, you will be required to pay for labor cost or perform the repair yourself with the direct guidance of one of our technicians.  Technician assistance is as available and will require scheduling for the video chat service.  Remote assisted repairs may take multiple sessions depending on your level of experience and our technicians availability.
