Warranty 

We guarantee our products to be free of defects from manufacturing for a period of one year.  This warranty covers motor, battery, controller.  Other electrical components will be covered for a period of 6 months, this includes but is not limited to, display, switches, connectors and other supporting electrical infrastructure.

What Is Not Covered in This Warranty

The Warranty does not cover any consumables and normal wear and tear on parts, including but not limited to: 

Body Panels, seats, bumpers, fenders, air filters, brake pads, tires, shocks, etc.  Or damage do to lack of scheduled maintenance, accident, Act of God, misuse or general abuse.  Modifications made that are not provided by Velimotor will void any remaining warranty.  

How to Submit a Warranty Claim

Claims will require dealer approved picture or video evidence of defect.  Once confirmed, parts will be sent at no expense to the customer.  Dealer agrees to make warranty repairs for customer at no cost to customer, when possible.  If no dealer repair is available in the area, customer will need to pay for labor or perform themselves with our technicians guidance.
