By subscribing to or using any of our products or services, you agree that you have read, understood, and are bound by the Terms and Conditions, regardless of how you subscribe to or use our products or services. If returning an item, you will be responsible for the shipment, all related costs, and risks related to the return shipment.  Due to the nature of our products, Items may be returned up to 5 days from receiving the order. We will only accept resalable items.  All Returns will be subject to a 20% restocking fee.  Remaining funds will be credited back via the form of payment or when required by the situation a physical check.  After receiving and reviewing your return, you will receive a new product or refund as soon as possible.

If you decide to cancel or modify your order, please contact us within 2 business days of order placement.  We will hold initial processing request to our manufacturers for that period to allow for any changes or modifications to be requested. After this 2 day period all orders will be subject to the Returns and Refunds Policy and incur a 20% restocking fee.  All change requests or modifications to placed orders will be on an as available basis.  Product quantities fluctuate and some may not be available at time of request that were available at time of order.  We will do our best to accommodate your requests.   

We ship Monday through Friday, excluding select holidays. Once your order is processed and shipped out, we will notify you by email.

SHIPPING NOTICE ALERT:

  All Paselec bikes are available for shipping within 7-10 business days after payment is processed.  Please use the FedEx shipping for the best price on delivery. 

  All Kontax Carbon Fiber Electric Bikes are currently under a 3-4 week lead time.  Once received it will be shipped to you immediately via our preferred shipper, FedEx if selected

    All Enduros and E-Dirt Bikes are "made per order" with an average ship in time of 30 days from the factory.  We can ship it direct to you.  Assembly will be required.  Select the available shipping option.  We will be in touch to confirm details.

We have worked to take the issues out of shipping.  We don't ship these internationally, only US shipping currently.

By purchasing you understand that all products are provided free of material and manufacturer defects with warranties provided by said manufacturers as outlined below, under their respective sections.  Further you recognize E-Powersport.com LLC as a representative of yourself and the manufacturer providing the respective warranty and recognize E-Powersport.com LLC and its authorized representatives hold no liability or responsibility to the warranty, repair, personal or property damage that may result in proper or improper use of the product as allowable by the Laws of the State of Nevada.  E-powersport and its authorized representatives will provide reasonable service to all manufacturer's warranties under the guidelines provided by the manufacturer. 

In most cases, this means, any claims for RMA or replacement under warranty will need to be accompanied by proof of damage from craftsmanship or material defect.  Video and or E-Powersport.com LLC representative declaration of Warranty Covered Damage.  Due to the nature of innovation and development, we cannot warranty minor points of design that might be addressed in a version upgrade.  We will take all design considerations to our manufacturing teams for further research and potential implementation.
